Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned merchandise once it has been purchased. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives brand-new, unworn items.

If you believe your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date with your order number, clear photos of the item, the original packaging, and the shipping label. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the sole discretion of Mich Mirage. We reserve the right to deny any claim submitted after the required timeframe, lacking sufficient documentation, or appearing fraudulent or inconsistent with our records.
